BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

Measure the test before adding another idea

Separate preparation, market activity and paid work.

Record the stages separately

Researched businesses, first messages, replies, conversations, proposals and payments are different events. Do not count one as another.

Use a real denominator

If you do not know how many suitable buyers saw the offer, you do not know its conversion rate. Mark missing data as unknown.

Listen before changing price

No replies may reflect fit, delivery or messaging. Conversations without a sale may reveal another issue. Ask what the evidence supports.

Include delivery effort

Track actual hours, corrections, fees and direct costs. Sales volume alone does not tell you whether the service is workable.

Choose one next action

Continue, revise or stop based on what you observed. A small test can be inconclusive. Change one variable and set a review date.

Put it to work

Write one change you will make, the reason and the evidence you will review next.
