OFFER CLARITY

Five decisions behind a clear offer

A useful offer tells a buyer what they receive and what happens next.

Name the buyer

Choose an organization and decision-maker you can describe. “Anyone with a business” does not tell you whose problem you understand.

State the result

Name the actual output: a report, organized file set or completed task. Do not replace a deliverable with a promise of growth you cannot control.

Set the boundaries

Write down quantities, required inputs, exclusions and the start condition. A limit makes the work easier to explain and estimate.

Connect price and capacity

Time a practice job. Include review and communication, not just production. A payment is not profit; fees, costs, refunds and your time matter.

Ask for one next step

A first conversation tests fit. It is not proof of demand. Record what the buyer actually says before changing the offer.

Put it to work

Write one change you will make, the reason and the evidence you will review next.
